These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ad444 platform and all its services. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and the ad444 operating authority.

ad444 is an online gaming and mobile betting platform that provides sports betting, casino games, live games, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. By starting to use this platform, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and rules set out here.

These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete framework of our agreement with you.

To open an account on the ad444 platform and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be in a legal environment where the use of online gaming services is not prohibited for you.
• You must register an account in your own name. Opening an account on behalf of someone else or under a pseudonym is not allowed.

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on ad444, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Only one account per user is permitted. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, and all account information completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

• Keep your password strong and unique.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact ad444 support immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public devices or networks.

3.3 Identity Verification

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity, ad444 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This process may require a national identity card or other documents.

4.1 Payment Methods

ad444 currently accepts transactions through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
• Upay — Mobile wallet of United Commercial Bank

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. There is no maximum limit, however additional verification may be required for high-value transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawal requests must be made from a verified account.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be held until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Additional verification may be carried out for suspicious or unusual transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → Total ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → Total ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).

Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 25x.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is active for a specific period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus offers apply only to eligible members and can be received only once per account.
• ad444 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly after receipt; meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory.
• If an attempt is made to use a bonus through fraudulent means, the account will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The ad444 VIP program has 5 tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Your VIP tier depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform. Changes in tier are at the discretion of ad444.

6.1 Placing Bets

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the ad444 platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an abnormally incorrect value is displayed due to a technical error, that bet may be cancelled.
• After an event begins, new bets may no longer be accepted in many markets.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

6.2 Results & Payouts

Bet results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body. Winning bet amounts are automatically credited to the account.

6.3 Fair Play

ad444 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The outcomes of all games are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. ad444 believes that fair play and transparency are the core foundation of a reliable platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad444 platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Opening an account using another person's identity or with forged documents.
• Using the bonus system in a fraudulent manner (bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting).
• Account hacking, chargeback fraud, or any other form of cyber fraud.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions through illegal funds.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to harm other members or disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Professionally or systematically attempting to exploit the system.

8.1 Suspension by ad444

ad444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass age or identity verification.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• A single person holding multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting ad444 support. It is the member's own responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

ad444 is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, ad444's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game session is affected by an internet disconnection or technical error.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party servers or networks.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Force majeure circumstances — natural disasters, government directives, etc.
